Using the Saudi Vision 2030 as a backdrop for your analysis, you are to discuss the following:
Describe the various challenges that you could face by forming the alliance with the global organization located in Europe. How might you apply prescriptive or descriptive decision-making methods to accomplish the alliance initiative.
