Case Study: Wells Fargo

FYI: There is a tidbit of instruction that you won’t find in a provided file. During my professor’s lecture, she said that for the “Findings” part of the case study to use some of the most recent (last 2-3 years) problems that Wells Fargo has had. You don’t necessarily need to use every problem that is listed in the two provided files named “Wells Fargo Case” & “About Wells Fargo,” use your discretion. For the “Discussion” part of the case study, list alternatives to the problems and maybe the pros and cons of those alternatives.

As for as the sources, there is the textbook (Business and Society: A Strategic Approach to Social Responsibility &Ethics, 6th edition by Ferrell, Thorne, Ferrell), Wells Fargo website, Wikipedia, and whatever else that you might end up using for information (i.e. Google.com). The SPICE-E model reference in the files comes out of the book Firms of Endearment, David Wolfe, Jagdish Sheth, and Rajendra Sisodia; although, this was not a required text for the course, but I think it might need to be listed on the references page.
