Create a scenario of a psychiatric patient with borderline personality disorder. Write an intake note. You will choose a standardized diagnostic tool and use this during your assessment and document the results in your assessment (e.g., MDQ, HAMD, Becks Hopelessness Scale, PDQ-9, AIMS, MMSE).
Supplement the note with a two-page paper citing what you learned about the issue and what references you used. In addition to your note, your two-page paper would reflect one of these topics.
