You are required to demonstrate your ability to reflect on the sustainability practices at the service and spontaneously support children to connect to their world. To complete this task, you must complete two sections:
1. Sustainability table Whilst on workplacement reflect on the sustainability practices at the service in the following areas: > Waste management including recycling > Energy management > Safe cleaning practices > Water management > Use of natural resources Choose two (2) of these areas and complete the table on Template
2. Spontaneous interaction During workplacement you will have many spontaneous interactions with children. Spontaneous interactions may occur during routines, transitions, play experiences or group times. Record a spontaneous interaction you had with a child or group of children during workplacement that relates to one (1) of the following areas: > growing and preparing food > waste reduction and/or use of recycled materials > use of natural materials
